Events 
We welcome all types of
client hosted events. Whether social, wedding/nuptial,
or business/corporate, you can place complete trust in
Quintessence for your needs.
Social ~ Our social clients are looking
to bring together friends and/or family for meaningful
get togethers: Birthday parties, dinners, reunions, retirement
parties, open houses, Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations,
baby showers, anniversary celebrations, and graduation
events – the possibilities are endless.
Wedding/Nuptial ~ Clients seek our expertise
for their intimate and personal wedding ceremony, celebration
and associated activities: Engagement parties, rehearsal
dinners, vow renewal celebrations, bridal luncheons and
showers.
Business/Corporate ~ Those in the business
community want to host events for a variety of purposes:
express appreciation to employees and/or clients, product
launches, open houses, meetings, fundraisers, showcase
their products or services, or holiday parties.
Event Options
We offer five unique event
options. Each is tailored to fit your specific needs and
(if noted) begins with our complimentary initial consultation.
During the consultation, we will thoroughly discuss the
event option of your choice. Meeting together allows you
to understand more about us, while we get to know you
and what makes your event unique. Amazing rapport with
our clients is one of the signature features of Quintessence.

Essence of Luxury
You
want everything and we will do it all. You just have to
sit back and enjoy! We will work with you to establish
your vision and will design and coordinate your event
to reflect your personality and style. This is the ultimate
package for anyone wanting all we have to offer in the
proposal, creation, oversight and implementation of your
wedding or event.

12% of budget ($3000 minimum), depending on size of event
and guest count
Essence of Ambiance
You
have the coordination under control but you want someone
with a design eye to make your dreams a reality. The look
and feel of your event is extremely important to you.
Quintessence will handle the visual aspects of your event.
We will work with select vendors to create a perfect atmosphere
with details that everyone will remember. Our passion
for creating a visual masterpiece will be evident to you
and your guests, yet it will clearly mirror your personality
and style to all that attend.

Price
begins at 10% of budget ($2000 minimum), depending on
client needs and size of event
Essence of Harmony
You
have all the details worked out and have planned your
event, but you need some help as the day gets closer to
see that things are organized and well coordinated. We
will be there to keep you sane, keep things moving smoothly
and remove any unexpected stress. Leave the logistics
to us and feel the pressure lifted. As host, you will
be relaxed and attentive to your guests while we keep
you organized and move the event effortlessly through
your established timeline.
Includes Complimentary Consultation
Price:
$750 for one coordinator, $1000 for two. Use of multiple
coordinators is dependant upon the size of venue and guest
count, therefore additional coordinators (beyond two)
will be determined accordingly.
Essence of Simplicity
You
may need fresh ideas to launch your vision- or perhaps
you want to be certain you haven’t forgotten anything.
Maybe you want the assurance that there is continuity
to what you’ve planned. In other words, you just
need some great advice in the form of a consultation with
us. We are delighted to help and will guide you into making
your event what you ultimately want it to be – a
memorable and enjoyable affair in every way.
Rate:
$100/hour (one hour minimum)
Essence of Originality
You
know what you want, but you may not see it in our Essence
options. You give us your unique vision and we will make
it happen.
